MadMarin offers the sale of its products through this site only to end consumers. Final consumer is any natural person who purchases at www.madmarin.bigcartel.com for purposes other than business, commercial or professional activities. Through this site, no order that is not carried out by an end consumer will be attended.

MadMarin reserves the right to modify the commercial offer at any time on this website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions). This modifications will in no way affect purchases already made. 

With regard to intellectual property rights, as reflected in the Official State Gazette in article 17, the exploitation rights of the work correspond solely and exclusively to the author, in this case, MadMarin. The Spanish Intellectual Property Law specifies that the purchase of the work grants the buyer ownership of the physical support that contains the work but does not acquire under any circumstances the intellectual property (copyright and author's right) of the work itself. Its reproduction and distribution is an exclusive right of the author, in this case from MadMarin.

MadMarin ofrece la venta de sus productos a través de este site sólo a consumidores finales. Consumidor final es cualquier persona física que compra en www.madmarin.bigcartel.com con fines distintos a actividades empresariales, comerciales o profesionales. A través de este site no se atenderá ningún encargo que no sea realizado por un consumidor final.

MadMarin se reserva el derecho a modificar la oferta comercial en cualquier momento de esta web (modificaciones sobre precios, productos, promociones, y otras condiciones comerciales y de servicio). Estas modificaciones no afectarán en ningún caso a las compras ya realizadas.

Por lo que respecta al derecho de propiedad intelectual, tal y como refleja el Boletín Oficial del Estado en el artículo 17 los derechos de explotación de la obra corresponden única y exclusivamente al autor, en este caso, MadMarin. La Ley de Propiedad Intelectual Española especifica que la compra de la obra otorga al comprador la propiedad del soporte físico que contiene la obra pero no adquiere bajo ningún concepto la propiedad intelectual (derecho de autor y del autor) de la obra misma. Su reproducción y distribución es un derecho exclusivo del autor; en este caso de MadMarin.
